“ I will dream of your Pad Thai even when I’m long gone I was visiting Portland and apparently made it my goal to visit as many food pods as I could. My destination that day: BKK Thai. I don’t even like Pad Thai. It’s usually too oily and sweet for me but I decided to try it anyway. I was blown away The flavors were perfectly balanced, enough veggies to break up the noodles, and most importantly not too sweet. The Thai tea was the perfect accompaniment to wash it all down. I will say the Satay chicken was on the drier side and I could’ve done without but it didn’t take away from the amazingness of everything else. BKK you have my heart, best Pad Thai I’ve ever had. ”

Other than great flavours, the addition of fresh veggies (carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, and cabbage) added beautiful textures and made the meal a lot lighter and pleasant than most Pad Thais. The spring rolls were also very fresh and delish and some of the best. ”
